No longer updates properly

This update has basically destroyed any ease of use this app used to have — scrolling up to update no longer works. Instead, when I scroll up, the screen gets stuck on "Updating", which doesnt stop until I restart the app. And to top it all off, after all that, it still doesnt update.

I dont need a lot from this app, just the latest top news from Politico, not even any of the other features, but this update has removed even that. Please fix this soon!
